About Me

I am an avid follower of Liverpool football club and have many pastimes which keep me very active. I take part in numerous ultra marathon events and one of the things that give me the most energy is my favourite food, bread! 


Of course the best type is home made and if I am not feeling too energetic I use my favourite bread maker which is the Panasonic SD YD250 Automatic Bread Maker


In the past I have taken part in the Marathon des Sables and the Jungle Marathon. Both events are very extreme but very enjoyable.
